1. What Test The Trade is

Test The Trade is software for building, testing and automating your own trading strategies in a brokerage account that you own and control. Test The Trade is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or bank, does not hold customer funds or securities, and does not provide personalized investment, tax or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is currently offered only to residents of the United States.

3. Your account and broker

You are responsible for your login and the security of your broker connection. You authorize Test The Trade to send orders to your broker only as instructed by you or by bots you start. You can stop bots and disconnect your broker at any time.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy to be set.]

5. User content

Bots you publish to the leaderboard may be viewed and copied by other users. You grant Test The Trade a license to display them. Do not publish anything unlawful or misleading.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service or bots will be error-free, uninterrupted or profitable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Test The Trade is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. [Cap and carve-outs to be set by counsel.]

8. Disputes

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
